c) If a fabric requires replacing and we don’t have it in stock you will have to choose from a current alternative
d) This includes changes to size and fit only
e) This doesn’t include changing existing fabrics in your designs due to change of choice
a) You can only sign up to 1 free trial per membership programme. If you are found to sign up to more than 1, youR account will be permently suspended
a) If you are found to share your account benefits with a non-member or one of a different programme, your account will be cancelled, non-refunded and blocked.
a) This is subject to fabric availability, demand at the time of the year and staff availability

a) Bellisa X reserves the rights to/ or not toadd early access to any products on our website for members

b) Custom orders will be priced hourly including pattern cutting, fabric cutting, sewing, designing and research time. With price of materials added on top.
c) Bellisa X reserves the right to hold custom orders back from queue jump, depending on fabric availability, research time etc.
d) Custom orders may exceed the 28 working day production time
a) Bellisa X reserves the rights to arrange events at our own schedule
b) Some events pay require a participating fee depending on your membership programme
a) You can’t pause your account but you can cancel it. Apon cancelling you will be removed from the Members Facebook group within 30 working days
b) You will loose access to your loyalty points
c) You will need to ensure the direct debit is cancelled from your bank
a) We have rights to adjust membership price and features at any time but will provide you with 30 days notice prior to the changes coming into effect
