Refund policy
Made to order:
At Bellisa X Clothing we are a small business that takes pride in building friendly customer-based relationships in order to deliver the best customer service (and beautiful garments!) to you. Please understand that we don't provide refunds for made-to-order clothing, unless the fit is not correct for you. If this is the case, you are elidigle to claim for our free alterations service or exchange for a voucher on receiving the item back.
Pre-made Items:
We accept returns for 'pre-made' garments- again within the time frames below and will provide a refund (minus postage) within 3 days of receiving the item back. Please note: buyer has to pay postage for any returning items.
Please note we have the right to refuse the item if it is damaged or in 'worn' condition. Please take extra care when trying on if you are wearing deodorant, make-up or perfume as these may leave a 'worn' trace.
From point of receiving/ signing for your order, it would need to be returned and received back by us within:
14 days - UK Customers
28 days - Europe Customers
42 days- NZ/AUS/USA Customers
