All Bellisa X items are pattern cut and handmade in our UK based studio using a industrial lock-stitch, overlocker and domestic coverstitch.
These machines meet factory- manufacturing standards and produce high
quality garments. Please note that due to the nature of custom and
made-to-order pieces slight difference can be expected in each piece but
this will not effect the overall garment.
We also stock accessories from other brands: , Off Key, and Pom Pom Pixie. These items are either handmade or outsourced- but all are made
to a high quality. Please check them out individually too learn more.

After purchasing, your design will then be in our creative seamstress
hands to bring it to life. We handmake all CYO in our UK studio to

Please allow approx 20 working days for your
garment/s to be made. As a small business we only stock large quantities
of current collection fabrics, so this production time allows for
delivery of fabrics , pattern cutting for custom orders and sewing. This may be longer in busy
periods- so please keep up to date with our website announcements.

As a small business we currently only stock sizes 6- 16/18 BUT please contact us if you require a smaller or bigger size and we will do our best to accomodate. Likewise if you want a custom length/ width for anything. We will probably require measurements to make this possible- but it is possible for most providing we have the required fabrics in stock.
Once your order has been dispatched with Royal Mail/ Parcel Force- we are not liable for any damages, delays in transit or lost packages as this is completely out of our control.
All packages are sent signed for so we can recognise when a parcel has been recieved. We always include a 'return to sender' label so your package should hopefully never get completely 'lost' but sometimes this does happen. We are not liable if your parcel gets stolen via royal mail or your neighbour.
On the rare occasion that your parcel does get 'lost' or you believe it was 'signed for' by someone else on delivery we can work with you to open up a royal mail investigation. Please note, it is very rare that royal mail offer a refund for the goods 'lost' if it has been signed for by you on their system. Again, if this is the case we are not liable to provide you a refund as this was out of our control.
At Bellisa X Clothing we are a
small business that takes pride in building friendly
customer-based relationships in order to deliver the best customer
service (and beautiful garments!) to you. Please understand that we
don't provide refunds for made-to-order clothing,
unless the fit is not correct for you. If this is the case, you are elidigle to claim for our free alterations service or exchange for a voucher on receiving the item back.
We accept returns for 'pre-made'
garments- again within the time frames below and will provide a
refund (minus postage) within 3 days of receiving the item back. Please
note: buyer has to pay postage for any returning items.
Please note we have the right to
refuse the item if it is damaged or in 'worn' condition. Please take
extra care when trying on if you are wearing deodorant, make-up or
perfume as these may leave a 'worn' trace.
From point of receiving/ signing for your order, it would need to be returned and received back by us within:
Simply put, no. If your CYO order arrives and you accidently picked the wrong fabric or don't like a fabric you've chosen , we don't take returns and refunds as this was the design you chose and we made it to your order. However, if you send your CYO garment back ( for a design reason) ( and in return condition*) we can offer you a voucher up to 60% of its original cost for you to re-spend on the correct design.
It's very hard to take accurate photos of our fabrics and put them into the CYO system . This is due to the type of fabrics we use ( change colour in different lights and angles).) There is a disclaimer on every CYO PAGE:The fabric: Pick your own combination of lycras, velvet and mesh

to real life: this is just to give you a rough idea. Fabrics are
subject to availability - we will keep them updated as quick as we can.

Yes! If you've received your order and it's not quite the right size we can either exchange it for the correct size OR alter it.

If the size of CYO product you ordered doesn't fit, we will happily exchange for another size or adjust to fit under ourfree alterations guarantee.
If when ordering CYO, you forgot to pick a size and as a result it was set to the default 'XS' then we don't take returns and refunds as we made it to your order. However,
if you send your CYO garment back ( and in
return condition*) we can offer you a voucher up to 60% of its original
cost for you to re-spend on the correct size.
You will be blocked from buying Bellisa X forever. You will blocked across all social media platforms and banned from buying from our website. We also have no worries in flagging up any of your friends/family when they purchase from our website too.
If we are selling in any shops, we will also report you to the shop to warn them. You will be reported to the payment provider you use and royal mail who can escualte it to the police.
Depending on the severity we will take you to court or report to the police. We have done before and will do again.
Failing that and worse than it all- you have to live with yourself knowing that you are a scumbag stealing from a independent brand :)
I would also like to remind you that alot of our peices are one-of-a-kind and we photograph every one of our creations ( all orders are logged aswell.) We rely alot on customer trust and word of mouth- if we get stolen from you/the clothes may be outed across social media and likelihood we will come across them again someday!
Due to the delicateness and complete mix of fabrics we use we highly
recommend to very gently hand wash your item in cool water. This is to
retain the holographic shine and print density to the fabrics. Ensure
you don't scrub too hard over foil fabrics. To dry: please lie flat and
leave to air dry naturally. Avoid ironing and direct heat.
After purchase, your physical gift voucher will be dispatched within 3 working days. If you require a last minute, print at home voucher then please email us.
